I am thirty-six and own and operate a small restaurant and bar in Lebanon, Kentucky.  My wife, our son, and I live in a historic (built in 1833) bed and breakfast called Myrtledene which I run for my cousin.

I was finally introduced to Dailyheadcheese by your fine email. How wonderful to see my menu celebrated for the whole world to read. I see you have gotten to THINKING about writing. Soon, I hope, you will progress to the doing of it. Perhaps if Kurt Krug can find you a buyer you will be able to do the two things at which youc an excel: parent and write.
